Heaven isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. When I’m in Hell, it’s because I’m not noticing that I’m in Heaven.


Peace isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. When I’m suffering it’s because I’m not noticing that without my story, suffering is impossible. 


Being important isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. When I feel insignificant, it’s because I’m not noticing my importance. 


Being powerful isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. When I feel weak, it’s because I’m not noticing how powerful I am.


Respect isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. When I feel like I’m being disrespected, it’s because I’m not noticing the respect I’m being shown. 


Being successful isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. When I feel like a failure, it’s because I’m not noticing how I’m succeeding. 


Getting somewhere isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. When I think I’m not getting anywhere, it’s because I’m not noticing the fact that I am always progressing and always where I am supposed to be. 


Having a life that matters isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. If I feel like my life has no impact it’s because I’m not noticing the impact it is having.


Being helpful isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. When I feel like I’m not helping it’s because I’m not noticing all the ways I help. 


Having enough isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. If I feel like I’m lacking anything it’s because I’m not noticing that in this exact moment I have all I need


Being loved, liked or accepted isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. If I feel like an outcast, it’s because I’m not noticing all the ways I am loved, liked and accepted.


Freedom isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. If I feel confined, it’s because I’m confused about what I am and innocently thinking and believing a restriction onto something that is completely uncontainable.


Perfect health isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. If I think I’m sick or injured it’s because I’m not noticing how my body, like all of creation, is always a perfect expression of what is supposed to be, right now, in this moment.


Being safe isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to notice. When I feel like I’m in danger, it’s because I’m not noticing the universe holding me, as it always does.
