Anytime I’m bothered by something, it’s because I’m wrong about it.


Anytime I’m bothered by something it’s because I’m wrong about it. 

That’s what “being bothered” is: a signal that I am confused about something. 

My job is to go in search of the truth of the situation, to recognize the truth and acknowledge the truth to myself.

I’ll know I’ve found the truth of the situation when I am no longer bothered.
