I got this.
This is what I got.
Not that.
I don’t got that.
The reason I don’t got that is...
They got that.
That is for them.
This is for me.
And I got this.
When I’m suffering, I can just notice: Am I focused on this or that?
“THAT means: What is NOT happening here or now. Things happening elsewhere, involving other people or past/future versions of me.
What they did, what they’re doing or what they will do.
What they thought, what they’re thinking or what they will think and believe.
What they said, what they’re saying or what they will say.
How they felt, how they’re feeling or how they will feel.
I have NO control over any of THAT.
So I don’t got THAT. Ever.
Not possible.
Trying to control THAT, I suffer.
Every time.
“THIS” means: What is happening. Here. Now. In MY business. In the present.
What I do and don’t do here and now, in response to what is happening here and now.
What I say and don’t say here and now.
What I think in my own head and believe in my own heart here and now.
Anything I send out into the world here and now.
This is all I control.
I got this.
